IACD along with publishing their own work is keen to support the publication of books and other materials on Community Development. We want members to share their voices with colleagues internationally.
We also want to share information about our members’ publications – books, reports, research, manuals etc so please contact us if you wish to share externally published work with our community.
IACD publish Practice Insights and are always looking for contributors. In addition we publish one or more publications each year.
In 2018 our main publications were the International Standards for Community Development Practice and a special 65th birthday issue of Practice Insights celebrating the pioneers who have shaped our movement and profession.
IACD holds an extensive repository of historical and current Community Development publications and other teaching and learning resources. These resources are accessible only for IACD members via the Global Community Development Exchange.
