Publication of IACD’s Practice Insights 11 – Special African Issue

It is my pleasure to announce the publication of Issue 11 of IACD’s Practice Insights.  This issue highlights examples of community development work across Africa.  With thanks to our Guest Editor, Dr. Muhammad Bello Shitu, IACD Regional Director and Board Member representing Sub-Saharan Africa for coordinating all the articles and contributing authors, this issue covers different sub-regions and showcase policies, practices, and strategies of community development in Africa and addresses critical contemporary topics such as poverty, energy, food security, and peace and security.  I would also like to recognize our new Practice Insights Managing Editor, Deborah Albin from Montana State University in the United States who has done a great job of organizing and designing this issue.
