Community Development Alliance Scotland
IACD is excited to share the February 2020 Bulletin produced by the Community Development Alliance Scotland (CDAS). This membership organization strengthens and brings together networks and organizations in both Scotland and beyond in order to promote policy and practice that supports community development.
This month’s CDAS Bulletin examines the contribution membership organisations make to support the progression of community development policy and practice in Scotland and beyond. The bulletin highlight various opportunities, events, good practice, and signposts to various organizations who provide support throughout Scotland.
Upcoming Events
Several events are highlighted in this bulletin, and of particular note is the upcoming event for the second phase of the Democracy Matters conversation. Attendees of IACD’s 2019 World Community Development Conference will recognize keynote speaker Aileen Campbell (Cabinet Secretary for Communities & Local Government) from her opening address at the conference.
