What is community development?

It gives an in depth insight of community, community development, how to engage a community with difficult topics and also mentions what advice they received when they started and what advice they would give to new working professionals.
They give advice to new professionals which allows them to see what the work force is like. Also the explanations of community and community development are in explained in depth by more than one person, which gives the viewer an understanding from different perspectives.
