Reports from our 2016 Regional Conferences

We have decided not to produce formal reports from our four 2016 conferences: – in India, in partnership with Grassroots India (in March); in USA in partnership with the US Community Development Society (in July); in Nigeria, in partnership with the Nigerian National Community Development Practitioners Association (in October): and in Europe in partnership with the European Union Community Development Network (in November).

Rather we have published selected papers and reflections from these conferences in the last three issues of Practice Insights magazines. We are pleased to include articles by Kalyan Paul, Co-director of Grassroots, India, by Chris Marko, CDS President and by Stuart Hashagan, Chair of EuCDN. We also include a piece based upon the presentation by keynote speaker Annette Dickson, a World Bank Vice President and articles by several presenters. The Communique from the Nigerian conference is published on the Sub Saharan Africa Regional page of this website.
