Hosted by IACD Trustees for Southeast Asia, Marlon de Luna Era and Sara Shakilla Mohd Salim, the session featured insightful presentations from Dr. Rahmawati Husein and Professor Emmanuel Luna on community resilience, disaster governance, climate resilience, and the importance of locally-led approaches in responding to crises and supporting sustainable communities.
