IACD Sub-Saharan Africa Region Webinars
In spring 2020, Regional Director for Sub-Saharan Africa Dr Daniel Muia began to arrange for members in this region to showcase their expert knowledge in a series of community development webinars. The very first webinar launched in July 2020 and the topic was Youth Empowerment.
Since that first webinar, we’ve held ten more – -the most recent of which took place Wednesday 13th October on the topic Social Audits in Community Development. Best Andisile delivered the presentation and then answered questions from the 27 participants present. The video recording of his presentation and the subsequent Q&A session can be viewed below.

The 12th installment in this series of IACD Sub-Saharan Africa Region Webinars will take place Wednesday 10th November at 11:00am EAT (Nairobi). The topic is Community Development and Children’s Rights — watch this space for more information!
