On 11th August, IACD member and Project Coordinator for ENL Foundation Mauritius, Joëlle Rabot-Honoré, delivered a presentation on Women’s Economic Empowerment and Community Development. This was IACD’s tenth installment in our series of IACD Sub-Saharan Africa Region Webinars.
