10th December 2019 is the United Nations’ Human Rights Day, and IACD is proud to participate.
The theme for this year is, “Youth Standing up for Human Rights.” Now more than ever, politicians, corporations, and large organizations are beginning to listen to younger voices, and it’s vital that these voices are amplified. The efforts of young people around the world who advocate more and more for human rights will be recognized today.

IACD and International Human Rights Day
IACD’s Treasurer, Clare MacGillivray, will travel to Glasgow, Scotland today to participate in a training seminar on human rights. Our former Vice President, Anastasia Crickley, is also addressing a seminar as a member of a panel on human rights at 12:00 today.
