Catching up with IACD’s Regional Directors and Country Correspondent Coordinator for Oceania

An invitation from Dee Brooks, IACD Regional Director for Oceania

Hello IACD and ABCD Asia Pacific members!

For those who haven’t met me yet, I’m the Director for Oceania for IACD and the Facilitator of the ABCD Asia Pacific network and an intentional global nomad!

I travel a lot and it’s often hard to remember to reach out to people to catch up face to face – although, I sincerely want to! So, I’ve made a conscious effort and created some catch up dates and times to meet some of you!

We will be joined by Michelle Dunscombe, IACD Country Correspondent, for both the Perth and Melbourne dates!

We would like to invite you to an informal catch up, across a few main cities, in the coming months, as follows:

Meeting dates:

Perth: 12th October from 2pm – 4pm
Location: Crooked Spire
71 Victoria St, Midland Junction
http://www.crookedspire.net

Sydney: 7th November from 2pm – 4pm
Location: Hyde Park Cafe
3 Elizabeth St, Sydney (on the corner, behind Museum Station)

Melbourne: 23rd November from 2pm – 4pm
Location: Henry and the Fox
525 Little Collins St, Melbourne (walking distance from Southern Cross Station)
https://www.henryandthefox.com.au

Please RSVP your intention to join us and we look forward to seeing some new and old faces there!

Also note: the International Standards for Community Development were launched in June 2018 at the WCDC conference in Ireland and are available in 10 languages now on the IACD website: https://www.iacdglobal.org/international-standards-accred…/…/
