Inclusive Practice Festival film produced by IACD member Inclusive Practices, about the Community Development and Disability conference. At this conference Past President, Charlie McConnell, launched the International Standards for Community Development Practice in Russian and Georgian. The conference was attended by c300 practitioners from across the post soviet sphere i.e former USSR countries. The film is in Russian but gives you a flavour for the wide range of plenary, workshop and cultural events that occured.
