A warm Irish welcome planned on June 24th for international participants at the WCDC

We very much look forward to welcoming you to the World Community Development Conference in Maynooth in June and hope that your travel to join us, whether it is from far or near, and your participation is both worthwhile and enjoyable.

The overall purpose of the International Induction is to help familiarise international participants with the social, cultural and economic context within which the World Community Development Conference takes place, through informed overviews and perspectives. We hope that this will be a welcoming interactive process that also seeks to make links between communities, community work and community issues and campaigns.

All international participants are welcome to attend but you are asked to confirm your participation in the induction by registering below before June 2nd in order to facilitate logistics and catering arrangements. Confirmed participants will receive the final programme for the afternoon.
