This exciting new report explores some questions, innovations, ideas and case studies related to five themes that emerged from the first phase of a research project entitled ‘What in the World?'.
These themes were identified by community development practitioners in the United Kingdom as being ones they would most value learning about from other practitioners around the world. The themes are:
Each theme is explored in this booklet by examining some of the key elements of the theme, picking out some important issues relating to the theme from literature sources, and bringing to life some case studies that illustrate different dimensions of the themes.
