The new IACD Executive appointed following the AGM in August will be holding its first meeting on 20th September. The Executive comprises the President, Vice Presidents, Treasurer and three Committee Chairs and is chaired by President Paul Lachapelle. The meeting will be addressing matters arising from the AGM, financial and HR issues and reviewing progress on the 2017/18 work plan year (this runs from 1st April to 31st March).
In October the three new committees will each hold their first post AGM meetings. The three committees (with Chairs) are:
International and National Relations Committee – Chair Tony Kimbowa.
Membership, Comms and Marketing Committee – Chair Colette McGarva
Training, Publications and Professional Development Committee – Chair John Stansfield
The 2018 World Community Development Conference Planning Committee – Chair Anastasia Crickley is meeting this month.
