We are delighted to share with IACD members who attended or were unable to attend the 2017 conference held in Auckland, New Zealand the report from that conference, including keynote presentations. With our partner ACDA, Aotearoa Community Development Association – the New Zealand Community Development Association, we continued our international roadshow of awareness raising events highlighting the critical role community development can make to realising the Sustainable Development Goals.
The conference themes of Sustainable Community Development and Agenda 2030 are now firmly established as driving IACD’s policy into practice agenda over the coming years. Further proceedings from the conference will be published next week in Whanake the Pacific Journal of Community Development and shared with IACD members.
