We are delighted to share two films from the association’s special international panel session Without Community Development there is no Sustainable Development, held last year in the U.S.A. This was part of our international roadshow of awareness raising events about the vital contribution community development agencies and workers must play in addressing the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Chaired by then IACD President-elect Paul Lachapelle, the panel comprised Anette Dixon, a World Bank Vice President, Mark Ritchie, former Secretary of State for the US State of Minnesota and Anita Paul, Director of the Pan Himalayan Grassroots Development Programme. And is followed in the second film by an open debate.
